iam one of a concerned citizen from manila and also a news reporter province. habang naghahanap ako ng news i heard a group of worker from agnp. sabi nila they are punished sa isang beses na pagkakamali, which they are all informed na kung hindi pumasa ang kanilang hinang magbabayad sila for 6 times. i dont know the real story, but my concerned ganon ba kahigpit ngayon ang bawat industrial company, na hindi marunong magbigay ng chance para malaman ang pagkakamali. also the fact na ang 20 welders na ito ay may mga pamilya na kailangang buhayin. also i know na pinag iingatan lang ng company ang reputation, but for my own opinion lahat ng mistake ng sinumang tao ay binibigyan ng chance. I also heard na this coming monday ay possible for clearance ang 20 person na ito. i also encourage them na kausapin ang manager for that area pero lahat sila ay nagsasabing ok lang iyon ang desisyonat wala kaming karapatan para magreklamo. the point here is bakit hindi na lang pagbayarin ang nasabing mga candidates and if ever na magmali ulit sila at sumablay ang kanilang tira don sila patawan ng punishment. thank you, and hopefully this comment ay hindi makasama sa katayuan ng 20 candidates pero mabigyan ng pagkakataon to show their capability.

wait... i heard na ang pangalan ng manager ay angel soriano? i dont know if tama ang name. he said that that this is his own policy ang magclearance ang mga tao just for 1 mistake and pumasok ulit sa welding school, samantalang ang naging usapan daw' nila during briefing ay babayaran na lang kung sakaling may isang pagkakamali. at sa tagal na daw nila na nagwowork through agnp ay mababago ang policy ng company just because of the policy of this oic manager.

way back May 19, 2010 na hired km s AG&P..

masarap masaya sama sama kami 14 welders (13 boys and 1 girl)

FLIPtone said...
